Based in Sheffield, A to B Couriers was formed in 1996 as an independent Courier company to provide a time sensitive courier service for local Industry and Commerce, specialising in same day delivery of urgent documents and parcels throughout the UK.

During 1996 & 1997, A to B Couriers expanded into several specialist areas, notably servicing the legal profession & Air Freight Industry. Due to a strong commitment to providing a very high level of service the company attracted many new clients and increased its workforce to accommodate this new level of business.

A to B Couriers also became members of the Sheffield & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce and gained ISO9002 accreditation.

The company changed hands in March 2001 when ex-employees Rod Bird and Tony Peace bought the business and became joint owners. Their aim was to expand further on the previous success and reputation and to provide the highest quality service in the area.

Ten years on from 1996 and A to B Couriers became a Limited company and are now one of Sheffield’s leading courier companies. Over the last few years we have gained a reputation as the area’s leading Work Permit and Passport specialists collecting on a near daily basis from any one of the Home Office buildings in Sheffield and delivering Worldwide.

In 2008,Director Rod Bird left the company and headed for pastures new and the company is now in sole ownership of Tony Peace.
